These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BedrockList website and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by OniionCraft LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in Wisconsin, USA.

By creating an account, listing a server, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Not an official Minecraft product

BedrockList and OniionCraft LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB. All Minecraft-related content and server listings are user-generated.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your region, to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Server listings and user content

Registered users may submit Bedrock server listings and related content (descriptions, banners, URLs, Discord links, etc.). You remain responsible for the content you submit.

• You represent that you have the rights and permissions to submit the content you provide.
• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise violates any law or third-party rights.
• You agree to comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and any other Minecraft-related policies when operating your server.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, with or without notice.

5. Approval, moderation, and removal of servers

• Server submissions and edits may be reviewed by staff before they appear publicly.
• We may reject or remove a listing for any reason, including but not limited to: EULA violations, misleading advertising, abusive communities, unsafe links, or technical issues.
• We may remove inactive, unreachable, or severely underperforming servers to keep the list fresh.
• We are not responsible for any loss of traffic, revenue, or reputation resulting from moderation decisions.

6. Third-party servers and links

BedrockList displays servers and links that are operated by third parties, not by us. We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The uptime, performance, gameplay, or safety of any listed server;
• Actions of server owners, staff, or players;
• External websites, Discord servers, or third-party services linked from listings.

Your interactions with any server or third-party site are solely between you and that third party. You agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss arising from those interactions.

7. Voting, rankings, and incentives

• Votes, rankings, and other metrics displayed on BedrockList are provided “as-is” and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
• We may implement anti-cheat or anti-spam systems and may remove or adjust votes that appear fraudulent.
• Any in-game rewards or perks granted by a server in connection with voting are solely the responsibility of that server, not OniionCraft LLC.

8. Email and notification preferences

• By creating an account, you agree that we may send you account-related notifications (such as security alerts, password reset emails, or important changes to these Terms).
• You may optionally enable or disable additional email notifications for server approvals, rejections, edits, and similar events from your dashboard.
• We may also show in-site notifications within your account area.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person or group;
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
• Automate actions (such as voting or account creation) in a way that abuses or overloads the Service;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

10. Intellectual property

• The BedrockList website, design, and original content are owned by OniionCraft LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and use the content you submit (such as server details, banners, and descriptions) for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
• You retain ownership of your content, subject to this license.

11. Paid services (if applicable)

From time to time, we may offer optional paid features such as promoted listings or advertising. Any such services will be subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• All fees are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability of paid services at any time.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONIIONCRAFT LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the last 3 months, if any, or (b) USD $25.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OniionCraft LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service or any listed server;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

15. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
• You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account subject to our data retention and legal obligations.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also provide additional notice (such as a banner on the site or an email notification).

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
